The EPE 2007 Aalborg will take place in Aalborg Congress & Culture Center - AKKC which is one of the largest and most flexible congress and culture centers in Scandinavia with over 7,000 m2 of floor space and the ability to house congresses with up to 2,500 participants.

The exhibition will be organized together with the dialogue sessions in a shared place within the main hall so that the best possible interaction with the conference participants can be expected. Several small lecture rooms situated upstairs will be available upon request for commercial presentations or customer meetings.

Denmark has a strong power electronics industry represented by well-known global manufacturer and main sponsors such as: Danfoss, Grundfos, Vestas so the EPE'2007 exhibition can be an excellent opportunity for business meetings.

Stands rental
An area of 200 sq.m distributed in 5 regions with 3 m depth is available. The following stand sizes will be available: 6, 9, 12 and 15 square meters.

What is Included²
• 220 V single-phase sockets (400V three phase sockets option available on request)
• 20 cm height plate (fascia) all the way on the front side.
• Separation walls between stands (required)
• Stand cleaning
• Wireless internet at no extra charge
• 2 conference admission tickets including lunches and coffee for the whole conference period together with one conference bag and one proceeding CD.

• Rental of small rooms upstairs for customer meetings or commercial presentations – 200 €/hour (incl. VAT)
• One-day conference admission tickets for customers incl. lunch, coffee, conference bag and proceeding CD - 375 € (incl. VAT)
• Supplementary exhibitor badge including lunch and coffee - 30 €/pers./day (incl. VAT)
• Gala Dinner ticket - 80 €/pers. (incl. VAT)

How you can choose the preferred location of your stand
You can choose a desired location for your stand by looking at the Exhibition Floor Plan and contact AKKC for reservation. The reservations will be done according to the principle: “first come, first served”.

How about insurance!
The exhibitor is required to take out an insurance policy against personal injury and stolen goods. AKKC will provide responsibility insurance against malfunctions of the provided equipment and in case of a fire.
